Questions buyers often ask before choosing a plan.
Clear answers on scope, flexibility, delivery and engagement options before you commit to a plan or project.
What's included in a managed service plan?
Every managed service plan includes a defined scope covering support, administration, security and advisory activities appropriate to the selected plan. The exact services included are shown on the plan and confirmed before delivery begins. Where additional services, software licences or specialist requirements are needed, these are reviewed separately and agreed in advance.
Can services be tailored?
Yes. The plans provide structured starting points, but every organisation has different priorities, systems and operational requirements. Services can be expanded, combined or scoped into a custom engagement where a standard plan is not the right fit.
Do you offer project-based work?
Yes. SoftExponent provides both ongoing managed services and defined project engagements. Examples include Microsoft 365 deployments, security reviews, cloud assessments, digital transformation initiatives and advisory-led technology projects.
Who is accountable for the client relationship?
SoftExponent remains the accountable client partner throughout the engagement. Where deeper technical, security, cloud or compliance expertise is required, specialist support may be introduced under a coordinated delivery model and clear engagement standard. Responsibility for the engagement remains with SoftExponent.
Can we start with a smaller engagement first?
Absolutely. Many organisations begin with a focused engagement such as a Security Posture Review, Cloud Health Check, Advisory Session or Microsoft 365 setup project before moving into a wider managed service or transformation programme. This allows both sides to establish priorities before committing to a larger engagement.
Start with the right route, not a rushed package.
Choose a defined plan for straightforward support, or scope a tailored engagement with a senior consultant. The right route should make the first decision easier, not push you into the wrong package.
